Gitarre im Alstertal - German site from Christian Moritz.  Features the better quality links for Tab, Notation and MIDI files.  Like I said, all of the links that I checked out were hi-quality.

Victor Reny - This site has a lot of everything:  TAB, MIDIs & MP3s in a variety of formats..  He has a good collection of flamenco, also.  Check it out.

Bach for Guitar in Tablature - Alan Melvin has done some excellent work with both his MIDIs and his Tablatures.  He features longer, more difficult and some pretty uncommon Bach pieces, mostly from Bach's Lute Suites.  Tabs are in Tabledit format with free viewer on his site.
